I have numerous clients who are getting the error: "You do not
have permission to view this file" when they click on a file to download.
This is happening in 4.9.1, but upgrading to 4.9.2 does not seem to fix the
problem. I've had to use the workaround of having them manually type in
the link /Portals/0/doc/'name of file' for the time being.
Is there a known issue out there on this? I have not seen any postings
of the sort; but this issue only crops up on 4.9 sites.
