Whenever I'm creating a page which itself a parent like Home,About us,Contact,etc. the same are replicated at the bottom of the page.
Say after creating a parent page I'm having the same at the top and bottom
of the page.I want to remove the bottom that is created automatically.
I'm not a programmer so don't know how to do this.

What is is that you want to remove?

This is most likely part of the site's skin, so you would want to modify the skin file. If you don't feel comfortable doing this yourself, you'll want to find someone who can do it for you.

When I create parent pages like Home,About Us,Forum and Contact their links are automatically created at the bottom of every page.So how can I remove those links.

And as per learning,I'm a beginner so it may take some time for me to learn css,html,etc.

As I said, this is most likely part of your skin file.

You'll need to find your skin file and edit it.  Look for "[LINKS]" and remove it.

As you are a beginner, I'd recommend that you get someone to do this for you.  The preferred approach would be do make a copy of the skin file, make the changes in the copy, upload the copy to your portal, and finally apply the copy as the skin file.  That way, you can always revert to what you have now.
