hi in my dnn0408 website i added one page named "PopUpMap"..... in page settings of Popup page i selected LinkURL type as URL and one link i added named http://www.test.com:8000/webform1.a...rname=host now when i click the "PopUpMap" browser is going to the specified URL address... now i have 2 requirements... 1.popup page should open in new window... 2.instead of host want to pass current username... how can i do this???

To open a link in a new window, format the link this way: < a href="http://www.pageresource.com/linkus.htm" target="_blank" >Link to us!< /a > It is the target="_blank" that causes the new window to open. To pass the username in the querystring, you can do this if the link is in a Text/HTML module, and you enable Token Replacement for the module. This link: < a href="http://www.pageresource.com/linkus.htm?username=[User:Username]" target="_blank" > Link to us!< /a > will work. Make sure to paste that in the "Source" view of the module. The [User:Username] will be replaced by the logged in user's name.
