I have purchased a menu module (it is not only for DNN) and want to use it in my dnn 4.9.0 project. I have installed it successfully but can't change the appearence of this menu in DNN :°°°(

This is what the customer support tells:

"You have to  manually register the skin's css styles in the default dnn page. Please, refer to the Skin registration topic".

I am really lost here, where and what is the default dnn page? Where in DNN do I have to copy this CSS? Nothing works although I have linked this css file to many possible places which I could just imagine.

Would be really very, very greatful for any help and suggession from DNN-Experts.

The default page id default.aspx and is in your web directory.

But, you should not make modifications to default.aspx. First, those modifications will affect every portal/skin on your site. Second, it will cause upgrade "problems" as you'll have to remember this was done next time you upgrade.

I would put an "include" in your site's skin.css file. If you need to register controls, the right place to do that is also in your skin files.
