SolPart Menu Font Color Control

I have a horizonal menu, and would like my font color to be #FF9933 on the main menu bar, and #FFFFFF on the Dropdown. The Default is for these fonts to be the same as inherited by the "MainMenu_MenuItemSel" CSS style. How do I seperate these, and achive two font colors? Thanks in Advance! Colby

Are you using Solpart menu or the latest Nav menu in DNN?

Hi Lee: (and thanks) I'm using Solpart. I started using DNN a while back and became skilled enough to be dangerous. Solpart was what I started using at the time, so it's all I'm familiar with. I step away from design for a period of time, but now I'm back and trying to figure DNN out again. The site I'm working on has the latest version of DNN installed. Is there a better menu included in the DNN install now? I have read about DNNmenu which looks good, but as I understand it it has a cost. Again thanks for the help, Colby

the latest version of DotNetNuke uses the Nav menu in the DNN blue skin which was designed as an improvement over the SolpartMenu, but the SolpartMenu is still available to use if you are familiar with a menu - just use the tokens as you did in your original skins. For all of the classes related to the SolPartMenu check out SolPart Menu Classes

Lee, Is there documentation, or perhaps a tutotial on activating and using Nav menu? Where would I find that info! Thank you.

Hello, I'm not aware of any documentation at the moment. But here is a list of Nav Menu Properties To add the Nav menu just look at the code from the default skin from the latest version of DotNetNuke. I will be covering the Nav menu at some point in the future for a tutorial. Thanks,
