Cannot view host filespace using text/html editor

I have applied the DNN 4.9 upgrade to both my 4.8.4 DNN websites and all seems OK. However, when in the text/html editor, I try to add an image using the traditional image icon which of course browses to my host filespace to view my current images. Alas, when I click the image icon I get the problem below (see jpeg below). This does not happen on my WebHost4Life website but happens on my UltimaHosts website. It could just be an unfortunate coincidence that I have upgraded both sites and this has started to occur. It could be the provider maybe? Any ideas on what the problem might be or what to look at? I am able to copy pages by reference (for the images) with no problem (was doing it this morning despite the problem with the editor)... that is the resulting page has all the referenced images of the copied page.
