I noticed this error on a number of DNN Web sites by performing a search on Google, including our own Web site "remote server not found". Supposedly, the error occurs when an RSS Feed from the same DNN Web site is referred to using the XML Stylesheet in DNN or the third party module NukeFeeds. Does anyone know a fix around this? One guy alluded to the problem by suggessting that the guest user account for IIS needs to have the latest ASP 2.0xxx assigned to it, otherwise the feed reader can't gain access to the XML feed. Does this make sense to anyone else?
