When  I set up my site my host gave me a temporary URL.  (http://equityrise.com.temp.realssl.com/)" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://equityrise.com.temp.realssl.com/) I have since pointed DNS from the proper URL, http://www.equityrise.com/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">http://www.equityrise.com/ to the site and have added both http://equityrise.com and http://www.equityrise.com to the list of portal aliases.

Whenever I try to access the portal, not matter which address I type in, the URL instantly redirects to the "temporary" URL.  Since I'm stuck logging in at that URL, I can't delete it as an alias.

How can I get rid of this temporary domain alias and cause the site to resolve to the proper URL?

Did you remove the portal alias to the old site? You'll need to do that. If you try editing on of the other portal aliases, you should be able to remove that one.

That's my problem.  I can't get to any other alias, because when I type another alias into my browser, it immediately redirects to the "temp" domain.

On my other sites, once I add another alias, I can type that alias in the browser and the site continues to resolve to that alias.  For some reason on this one, no matter which alias I start with, the address instantly resolves to the one I'm trying to get rid of.

If you have access to your database, look for the portalalias table, you can delete the entries directly within the table.
