When I send a newsletter from a site, those subscribers who have a @tiscali.co.uk email address which is accessed through their webmail interface are unable to see any of the content at all.
From a 4.05.05 site they can the "Dear . . . " and that's it, and from a 4.08.02 site (fresh install) they cant even see that!!
However, if they then press the Forward button to send the newsletter on, in the pop up window the whole email is readable.
I have signed up with Tiscali and get the same thing.
From looking at the source code of the emails I can not see anything wrong with the text except that in 4.5.5 it reads like this:
Dear Jules,
Hello Julian this is a test message
On the 4.8.2 site the offending part reads:Subj: Test email BP
Hello Julian
So it looks to me like Tisacli's system is are falling over at the
tag since nothing after it is displayed. I think this must be in the wrong place which is why inline images dont work wothout the full URL being edited in later.
Has anyone else experienced this? And is there a way around it?
