Hi I have installed DNN on my server and want to be able to view the site on my other local pcs. I can see the site on the server no problem but when I try to view from other computers on my network I cant see it. Any ideas. Regards Roger

What URL are you using for the site? This is the key. To view from other computers on your network, you need to point to the server in your URL, and you also need to adjust the portalalias table for your site. I assume that on your server, you refer to the site as localhost or something like that. These tutorial should help. Hi, Yes that worked. I have now had DNN working on the server and been able to view the site by entering the ip address of the server/alias. What I would like to be able to do is to edit the host file and access the site using the domain name. When I enter the ip address/alias it wont work. What do I need to do to get this to work.
