I have a  requirement where in i have .aspx pages  which are already developed using asp.net 2.0  and that  needs to integrate with DNN  portal. I have gone through DNN framework documentation and found Page Management whch will be used to create pages in DNN  portal and then  we need to have modules on the page . But is there any way  we can use  the existing  .aspx pages  which are ready with the fucntionality?

The question is  do we have such kind of functionality for integration of other .aspx page in DNN ? If yes please let me know the details. If not then don't you  think it is a good idea  to have in  the future  DNN version cause it will take less time to build application and  will provide ease for migration from other  asp.net application to DNN  portal  so as  to use DNN powerful features.

Will appreciate any help regarding this.

It's also not terribly hard to convert your existing aspx pages to modules.

I agree about  your suggestion  to convert the  .aspx page  into user controls ( modules ) for DNN.
I have this as a  second option. Cause  the Intranet  Site is  develop ( in process ) using DNN and there are already few  portal relevant  applications which are developed using asp.net 2.0.
We are  in a process of integrating those already developed portal pieces into DNN  Framework.
So finding the  different solutions for this integration. 
 
Would really  appreciate  if you  let me know which is the best way  for this kinda  situation.

If the other applications will run as stand-alone web pages, you can use an IFrame module to capture them and display them in DotNetNuke while you also work on the conversion.

I have a case where I am using an .ascx user control in a DNN module as a "main" page, from which I can load aspx pages in popup windows via the javascript window.open() method. That works nicely, If you like popups . I think using Response.Redirect("page.aspx") instead of Server.Transfer(...) will also work in this situation.

I have few  more questions. If i load a stand alone application  in Iframe in DNN  Will this Stand along  be a part of DNN  Framework ?

No, you'd have to have the "stand alone" thing stand alone. To use the iFrame, you'll need to have it running as a separate website so that you can capture it.
