I have installed dnn in a new machine, with windows 2000 server + web developer 2005 express edition + SQL 2005 Express Edition.

After creating the website and build, it shows a message

"This application is currently offline. To enable the application, remove the app_offline.htm file from the application root directory"

Then i can refresh the page to build the application. However, it shows that the page can not be displayed..

 

I would like to know how to solve it.
