Hello,

If you go to the main tutorials page and scroll to the bottom you will see a big list of skinning tutorials.

If you are new to skinning I would recommend you start at  Issue no 5 and 6 and then work through the tutorials in issue number order, this will teach you the basics and then progress onto CSS skinning,
