We have a problem regarding the file download from a a Document control module. The site is in dnn 3.0 The problem is as follows:

http://www.vda.org.tr/

This is a site in which there is a Document control module on the “Istatistik” page.

You have to type the user id and password as UserId: dnyanesh and pass: dnyanesh

You will see the above module as shown. When you click the arrow besides the files you are able to download the file. The file has no extension. Actually it’s a Microsoft excel file. When you extract the file and try to open the file in Microsoft excel it says that the file is corrupted. But when we download the file from the admin part and open it, it opens fine.

Also check this:

http://vda.businessedge30.com/

The same site is hosted on our local server and when you try the same procedure as above it works fine, the file is opened. The user credentials are same as mentioned above.

Please help!
