Dear all,
I have installed the default store module but I have noticed that the checkout will only show the admin skin.
I want to have a different skin for the site and the admin area.
Has anyone solved this issue?

Thanks in advance

Have you viewed Lee's review of store modules?  If not, check out Issue 30.  I don't know if the answer to your question is there, but it certainly might me.

Your tutorials didn't cover the bug but it might be worth touching on at some point because its a biggy, in my opinion. You cannot style/skin the checkout pages with anything other than the chosen admin skin. In the end I created a new module to hold all the same functionality and linked to the page without using the functionality to replace a module dynamically on the same page

Yes this is probably something that needs adding to the module, I would suggest you put a request in with the store module project team and see if they can add it into a future release.
