You will be pleased to hear that DotNetNuke v4.4.1 has just been released.

It is supposed to fix quite a few of the bugs, including the problem with the [DROPDOWNACTIONS] token.

Let us know how you get on with it.

Thanks,

Apart the problem with compression, everything is ok !!
(include webresource.axd in the exclusion and that's it).

Hello,

I've just had a look at the [DROPDOWNACTIONS] token in 4.4.1 and it's still not fixed from 4.4.0.

After upgrading I noticed my upgraded site worked with this token, but a fresh 4.4.1 installation does not. Looking in the bin folder of the fresh 4.4.1 installation i noticed that there was not a DotNetNuke.DNNDropDownNavigationProvider.dll file.

So I opened up an old 3.x version of DNN copied this file and pasted into the 4.4.1 bin folder and all of the tokens now work.

Thought this might be useful for anyone else having this problem.

Hi Lee

Perhaps you might make the old DotNetNuke.DNNDropDownNavigationProvider.dll file available for download on this site.

The alternative for people needing this file, who do not have DNN v3 to hand, would be to download the full version for access to just 1 .dll file.

Thanks

Lynn

Ok,

For anyone who wants to download the dll file, right click on this link and select 'save target as' to save to your computer:

DNNDropDownNavigationProvider.dll

This is from DNN v 3.2.2

Thanks,
