Trying to take the easy why, I installed the files fromthis issue into a 4.5.1 installation.

I still had the errors from Default.aspx.  Looking at the extracted files the 4.4.1 Default.aspx had the fixes but the 4.5.1 did not.  I could not check the dll's. Also the  ClientAPICaps.config file wasn't included in either directory so I will have to locate the fix and edit it in.

Great article. To bad we can't get DNn to take this issue seriously and at least fix the easy problems in the core.  A couple of days by someone that cared would likey fix the core and simple modules. The blog and Forum module might be a bit more difficult.

Thanks for the great work Lee,

Hi Dave,

You are right, I've just double checked the files and somehow some of the files were the original files?! - I've updated the files and double checked them with a fresh installation. - You can download them from the main tutorial page.
XHTML Compliant DotNetNuke 4.4 and 4.5 - part 2

I'm currently re-uploading the main issue 20 zip files with the new code which will take 1hr40mins.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, Cheers,

Lee
