Greeting, been out of the scene for a while.  I have a site running 4.0.2 and would like to upgrade to the latest.  Heard it is best to do incremental upgrade, which seems to make sense.

However, I just couldn't figure out where to download earlier versions.  Any direction would be much graceful.

if u have a site running 4.0.2 .please migrate it first to version 4.6.2 and to version 4.8.4 and atlast upgrade it version 4.9.0. You can download all installer and source for all these versions in the website Url address given below.

http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=77052&package_id=77939

I hope this would help you a lot.

Thanks,

I think that, once you're upgraded to 4.6.2 that you can jump directly to 4.9.0.

And, after upgrading to 4.6.2, the upgrade procedure to 4.9.0 is fairly easy if you use the 4.9.0 upgrade package.  You can skip the step of manually upgrading the web.config file, as DotNetNuke now does that for you.

Whatever you do, though, make backup copies of your database AND your web directory at every step so that you can revert if something goes wrong.
