Hi,

My site has been working fine for the last several months, but today when I opened it I saw there were only the Home menu.  No other menus were displayed even the Admin and Host also.

Can anyone please help?

Thanks.

Which version of DotNetNuke is this?

You'll probably be able to fix this by restarting IIS ...

I think that that problem may have been fixed in the current version of DotNetNuke.  So, an upgrade may prevent this from happening in the future.  In any case, though, it doesn't happen often.

I have had this problem before.

A quick fix: retouch the web.config file by opening in notepad, make a change to the file and save it (add a space at the very end of the file).

This should bring back the menu.

The problem I had dealt with my DNS settings/portal alias settings.

Doing that forces a reload and recompile of your site.
