If you look at this url and look at the black area with the white text you will see that there is a space between the top of this black area and the top of the text. The balck area is a background controlled by CSS and I have a TEXT/HTML module over it. It looks like the module is not displaying at the top of this cell and for some reason creating this huge space. I have this top justified every place I can think of and still there is this space?

How do I get rid of this spacing so that the Module goes to the top of this cell.

Is this done with a Text/HTML module? Have you looked at the HTML source to see what is there?

You could also look at the page source to see what is actually created ...

Looking at the source you have a table followed by a div followed by a table to hold the black content area, I suspect each of the tables is taking a small amount of space. It could be worth stripping elements back to the basics to see if you can clear the space.
