If you go to Adminstrator/User acconts and then click on manage profile properties and then check your desired fields: Telephone Nr. , Fax, and Website (just click on the check box beside them) they will appear on the registration page. But please notice:

You can't remove the default fields of the registration page like display name or User name.

What I did was changing the name of them in admin/languages/language editor. Once you are there expand the tree menu:
localressources/admin/Users/App_localressources/profile.ascx and change the value of dispalyed fields. For example I changed the value of lastname to company name.

Hope it helps.

Did you click the "Manage Profile" link? You'll see all of the profile properties there.
