    Hello,

So, I created an account and watched a few free videos. Quite good.

I decide to register, pay the annual fee and watch the other videos.

I get to the PayPal part, enter my PayPal credentials, enter my credit card and PayPal says that my credit card is already on file. That makes sense, because it is on file.

So, what should I do to get past this form? Am I taking the wrong path? I want to use my PayPal account to sign up. I can't find the right path to subscribe to the videos that require payment. The PayPal form requires me to enter a credit card. When I do enter it, it says its already on file. I don't want to create another PayPal account to get past this form.

    Suggestions?

    Andrew

    Hello,

Have you followed the instructions on this page?

    http://www.dnncreative.com/Subscrib...ntentID=26

Once you click on the subscribe link, paypal should take you to the login page.

    Login with your PayPal id
You will then come to the Make Your Payment page
At the bottom of this is Source of Funds, so you can select for it to come from your paypal, bank account, or credit card and then just click on Pay.

    Does this help, thanks,

    Lee

It turns out that my credit card expired on Pay Pal. So, I was caught in this weird process where I couldn't add a card, or use the one on my PayPal account. The PayPal message didn't give me a specific description of the real problem. On a hunch, I logged into PayPal separately and saw the expired card. After fixing that issue, I sailed right through my subscription process.

    Regards,

    Andrew
