I am in the process of trying to maximize the SEO on my website, I know you have covered this in a tutorial somewhere, but I can't remember which one.

Please, can you just remind me what is recommended to be inserted in:

PageSettings >> Appearance >> Refresh Interval (seconds)  ??? what goes here

For SEO make sure you have a read of these:

Refresh Interval is not for SEO it just reloads the page every few seconds - sometimes people use this on a busy forum so that the latest posts are always displayed if a user leaves the forum page open on their computer.

Page Header Tags: I use this for setting the date of the page and this will be picked up when you create a Google site map, all the details related to this are in this interview:
Google Sitemaps MP3 interview

The code I use is:
(replace [ ] with < > )

[meta name="date" content="2007-05-25" /]

I recommend you check out GSiteCrawler as I've had some good success using the methods outlined in the interview.

I also use the page header tags section for placing the RSS icon in the address bar of a browser window, you can use code similar to this:
