I don't know why people develope modules but offer them without regarding the fact that these modules could also be used from people in other countries with other languages than English?

Recently for my new project I have purchased many modules. The description of the functionality is imeccable, they meet all requirements. But using them is very problematic, Events module uses just US states for the registration, tell a friend can't write other letters that the standard Endlish (e.g. ü or ö), sometimes no possible to translate the texts in language editor and much more.

Most of my time is been wasted for contacting the support departments and waiting for an answer, which takes sometimes more than one week, and you can't be sure if they will help at all? Sometimes they don't help. This is teribble!

Hope people developing modules will read this topic and in the future will consider it.

Thanks
