I subscribed this morning, received my email for registering (8:00AM) and received my confirmation from PayPal (9:05AM).  Still unable to access the video tutorials (3:31PM).  Do I need to do something else to access the video tutorials?

    Thanks

    Hello rajes,

Looking at your user account you do not have subscriber access. You need subscriber access to view the video tutorials. If you have paid, please email your PayPal receipt to lee@dnncreative.com and I will give you immediate access.

    Many Thanks,

    Lee

I have also lost subscriber access for some reason. I suspect it may have been the site telling me to "update my profile before continuing" that I was met with when I logged in today. I updated the info and then tried to get a tutorial and it won't let me now.

I subscribed two months ago roughly.
