I have a fresh install of the latest DNN 8 running locally and I keep getting an error when trying to add a new Javascript Library extension. I am able to launch the Create New Extension modal from the Host > Extensions page; however, when I select Javascript Library from the Select Extension Type dropdown and fill out the necessary information and click Next, I always get an error stating "A critical error has occurred. Please check the Event Viewer for further details." When I inspect the exceptions table, I see that the error is as follows:

The new extension does show up in the list after this but if I try to edit it I get a similar error. I've tried doing a clean install with the same result. I am able to edit any of the existing libraries, but I can't seem to get a new one in there to work. Has anyone encountered this before? Is there another way to create a javascript library? I've tried manually creating a manifest and inserting it into the packages table, though that didn't appear to have worked. I'm one step away from trying to debug the DNN code locally to see what causing the issue.
