Need help!

I was not able to access my web site due to expiration date problem. I am currently using DNN version 6.1.5 and installed on Vista Window local machine. I went in MySQL Express and viewed Portal->ExpireDate was setting at Null. I need your advise and direction how to fix this issue.

If the ExpireDate is null, that means that the portal never expires.

When you say that you cannot access the web site, what is the specific problem or error message?

All web pages are frozen with the message as above.

Oh, that's your hosting company, not DotNetNuke. You'll need to contact the hosting company to resolve the issue.

No, I am developing the project on the local machine that is currently running Window Vista Home Edition.

"The hosting contract for website expired on 7-August-2012. Please contact admin@localhost for further information."


I can't log in. How do I remove value directly in database, table portals.

please help me resolve this issue.

Thank you for your help!

I was able to access my database and changed EpiredDate and was set at a future expireddate. It works.
