We were hosted by Boundgrid for over a year, and finally cancelled the account to go elsewhere. 1) Terrible performance: they host WAY too many websites on a single server, same things with databases. 2) Their billing practices are at best questionable and probably illegal. We caught them charging us 3 times for a particular service than they were charging others. When we confronted them with it they refused to refund. When we cancelled the account, which was prepaid for the year, they kept back hundreds of dollars as "non refundable". These people are incompentent, and thieves to boot.

I agree, Boundgrid web hosting sucks, I experienced similar problems with them. Major outages, tons of email problems (delays, spam and viruses, bounces, downtime). Other Boundgrid reviews show their hosting service is terrible. and their customer support staff is completely uneducated, I always received vague responses. If you are thinking about Boundgrid, don't bother, Boundgrid web hosting is the worst.
