I haven't read all the threads and have no interest in debates but wanted to provide my experience with PowerDNN.  So often on the Internet there is no perspective as happy customers go to sleep and don't often take the time to respond their pleasure.

We have 20+ fully hosted virtual servers through PowerDNN and have a partnership where we manage our business needs and they manage the hardware, network, virtualization package, and core operating system.  They have also assisted whenever we have questions about DNN.

Recently, while on a family vacation some Microsoft patches went horribly wrong.  One of the 28 patches that queued up drastically effected our .net web application.  We immediately contacted PowerDNN (late on Saturday night I might add) and had all levels of the company respond (even though they were already assisting many customers at once).

They worked with us over the next 48 hours to troubleshoot, provide local data center restoration support, and text messaged me ever step of they way (so my family vacation wasn't completely ruined).

What's better - we got our production server up and running before customers were impacted on Monday morning and got our development environment running the next day.

I had to dispatch them multiple times during all hours of the weekend and they did so selflessly and professionally time and time again.  Often - in my exhaustion - they argued against my knee jerk reaction and went into troubleshooting mode - at their own expense.

I can't say enough about the support and the depth of knowledge we have received from PowerDNN and we are so happy to have them on our team when these trying times arise.

    Warm regards - Nick Matteucci, co-founder VCSonline.com
