This is my first post on this forum and I feel the need to share our experience of PowerDNN.  We tried several DNN hosts before switching to PowerDNN in early 2007.  Since that day we have been absolutely delighted with their service, support and performance.  Honestly, I don't have a single negative thing to say about them and could probably fill pages with positive feedback.  Suffice to say, we consider PowerDNN to be the backbone of our business and we are more than happy to pay a premium for this level of support.  And so are our clients.  Like anything, you get what you pay for.  We believe it’s not about price.  It’s about value.

We have a dedicated server and when issues arise (let’s face it,  there will always be issues in this industry), they are dealt with in a matter of minutes by one of their friendly and professional team members. We have found this to be the case 100% of the time - even if the issue was caused by inexperience/errors on our side or some sketchy module we have installed, which should technically be considered beyond their control.

In our opinion and experience, PowerDNN are without a doubt the best DNN hosting provider on the planet. Enough said.

Massive gratitude and kudos to Tony V and PowerDNN.

    Graham
