Let me start by saying I have only dealt with 2 hosters, and DNP was one (The other was MySiteSpace). The difference in the experiences make me wonder if I just hit the extreems, or are there better and worse

I posted my comments about MySiteSpace in their thread,

DNP was a pleasure to work with. I signed up and got access in the span of a few minutes. I was able to move one of my domain's DNS entries to them and was resolving correctly in a few hours (TTL Time basically).

I was able to set up a DNN site (Al menu driven setup, control and customization).  Alias 3 domains to the subportals, and have them up and operational in a matter of 30 minutes.

Managing SQL is quite nice with a full featured panel that replaces Enterprise Manager, but you can still manage the SQL from your desktop with Enterprise Manager, and as a resource server from within Visual Studio, nicely done.

The FTP is clean and they support FP extentions (I do not use them).

The rest of the features are the same, with easy control panel and direct control capabilities.

I may be lucky, but I was able to add their tech support to my Messenger, and I can chat live with tech support when they are online (a lot) and usually get questions answered live, 5 Stars for this one alone,

They are also quite willing to work with you on custom needs, and without a doubt one of the most pleasent customer service experiences in years (unfortunately that does not say much, but at least it was the best).

    Conclusion,

Compare against other providers, many have more bandwidth and more storage for the same money, but compare the tech support, because if you can't use the storage and bandwidth what good is it.

I too had MySiteSpace and another one that is not worth mentioning.  DotNetPark has been great so far.

    Also very fast servers

Reviews need to be updated every so often. It is my sad duty to review mine. I have been with thtis hoster for some time now, and I have watched as the service slipped and sometimes just went off line for long periods of time. Seeing lots of db errors instaed of email, web pages etc. They have hardware problems, and are being reactive to the problems rather then proactive. As a result, I have to downgrade this resoure to 'Not Ready for Primt Time' Great if yau need a test site, but keep your production someplaces else, and your clients will be happier, so will you.

After a year as a customer of DotNetPark and hosting 2 my DNN sites with them I do not have any problems and I have never been down.

I'm happy with Dotnetpark. Great uptime and control panel. The support team is just the best. Recently they created a VPS for me and helped to move my customers' sites from several shared servers to my new VPS. Now I have them in one place and can use all the power of virtual server.

And they do know what is DotNetNuke
