I need modules to do the following. Many might be available as customized features of XMOD or something like that, but still, I do not have the ability to create them. This is for a referee scheduling database application that I am building:

1. Users to go in and enter their available work times, based on dates and times that will need to be established somewhere. For example, I need to set up that work is available on a certain 25 dates; some dates it might be 6-10 PM, otheres 8 AM-10 PM, and others might be 1-9 PM. Users enter select their available hours, # of hours. They can also block out entire date as unavailable. They will need the ability to edit the information, up until a set time before that date. For example, for available times on September 5, they can change it up until August 23 (or something like that.)

2. I will then need to download into excel, csv, etc., the data filled out by users, as well as view it online.

3. I need the ability to upload work assignments, which are based on date, location, and time, and 2-3 different people per hour. The assigned individuals need the ability to view their assignments and to "confirm" or "reject" their assigned times. If there is no response at a certain time, I need the ability to cancel their assignments.

4. All cancelled work assignments  - whether rejected by user or cancelled due to lack of response - appear on a list, where all users can "bid" on being assigned to that particular date, place, and time.
