As far as I am aware, I don't think it is possible to use DNN modules with anything other than DNN because they have been created specifically for DNN.

However, if you download the source perhaps you might be able to edit to fit your requirements.

if you wish to create a portal, then I would use the existing DotNetNuke infrastructure. If you need any custom elements programming for your portal then you can do this by programming your own DotNetNuke modules.
