We use DNN  as a customer portal, when a client registers we use the information they enter to make contact, billing etc.

When i go to user accounts, I am can only see a few fields, not all of them like fax and website for example. I need to go into edit the contact to view all the details

Username First Name Name Address Telephone Email Created Date Authorized

I have gone into the settings and cant see anywhere how to allow all the contact details be shown.

Am i missing something? Is there a module available with more advanced features for listing users accounts etc?

Thanks.

If you go to:
Admin / User Accounts / Click on the User Settings link

Here you have the option to enable the view of:

Show Address Column
Show Authorized Column
Show Created Date Column
Show Name Column
Show Email Column
Show First Name Column
Show Last Login Column
Show Last Name Column
Show Telephone Column

If you tick these you will be able to view all of these columns in the overall view of the registered users on your portal.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I was wanting website, fax as well. The page layout also looks ugly. Address all squashed up etc. But,

I found a module which syncs outlook contacts to DNN and vice versa. Thinking of giving it a go. We use Outlook for contacts at the moment.

If you are just looking for a report of the users details from one screen, you could also have a look at some of the reporting modules that are available, you could set up a query to extract the data that you require and present it in a report format using one of those modules.

Let us know what you implement, thanks,
