If anyone knows of such a module that even comes close to pulling something like that off, I would be one happy dude.

Are you aware of CafePress.com?

I know this is a very old string, but has anyone built such a module for DNN yet? Cafepress uses this sort of module, but I haven't found any information that says they offer this module and that it's DNN compatible. Can anyone provide an update on this subject? Looking for something robust like those used on teespring, teefury etc. Also looking for the piece that has the ability to run campaigns and monitor sales etc.

Nic, Never seem this and I don't think it exists nor it will. Too niche to get a module developer interested in building it.

New module development would be the way to go.
