For some reason, when I open the text/html module I cannot get the FCK editor to open. I see the 2 radio buttons "basic text box" and "Rich text editor." I clicked the radio button for Rich text editor, yet the area below is blank, where the editor should be, where it usually is. This portal seems to be the only one doing this. I am presently using text/html module version 03.03.00
Apparently, I accidentally changed a setting somewhere unintentionally, as only the text/html module seems to be giving me a problem. I can't seem to figure out where the problem lies. Been at it for hours.
Again, here is nothing between the upper radio buttons, and the 2 links Show custom editor options and Refresh editor. Could anyone please tell me how I might fix this. Thanks a lot.

Were you able to find a solution to this problem?
(I'm not aware of anywhere in the Text/HTML module that you can select an editor. Did you do anything in the Custom Options Page?) |

Hi Joe,
Thanks for the reply. No, I have not yet resolved this, nor do I recall doing anything on the Custom Options page. I did upgrade the text/html module, and DNN itself, but this did not help. |

I assume that you upgraded to 4.6.2 and the most recent version of the Text/HTML module.
You might want to have a line-by-line look at your web.config file. Look particularly in the area where the editors are defined. Compare your file with the release.config version.
If it's unlikely that you've been messing with web.config, then you'll need to look elsewhere. But ... I don't see any place to define the editor except in web.config ... |
