I'm looking for a news/articles module that could function as the backbone of a small online newspaper. (40 articles, every 2 weeks). I'd need to assign articles to multiple catagories, and show these different catagories on different pages. I'm also looking for a feature articles option, syndication, start/end publishing dates and control over the appearance of the module. An archiving feature would be nice, but not essential.
I've read the News and Articles Modules review from this site and various other forum entries on this subject. So far the news article module from
www.ventrian.com does seem to be the best news module available for this purpose, and I'm really liking the level of control that the review indicates it offers.
Is the ventrian news module powerful enough to base a newspaper web site off of it, or are there any other news modules that might fit these needs better?
