I'm setting up a new DNN 4.5.5 and set up a forum about two weeks ago.  Haven't yet populated yet except for two posts.

BUT I changed the layout design (which I don't like) but now I can't find how to get to the page that says "Manage Users" "Set up Groups", etc.

There used to be the pull-down menu on the left of the title of the module (like all the others) and it was "forum home" I think.

I still have a forum home, but I don't get that triangle anymore. 

Can someone help me?

Never mind.  I was having an over 40 moment.  I had the website in view mode and not Edit mode.

Lee, if you have a way to remove this post, I'd appreciate it.  I don't want to be known as the ditzy one.

Believe it or not, we all have "over 40" moments, and I won't tell you how many years I've been having them!

The error is a common one. The other error is not knowing you've put an site in "design" mode --- and all of the site's content seems to disappear! Now, THAT is a scary moment.

I agree with Joe it would be good to leave this post here if you don't mind as I bet many people will find it useful. - I have also made this mistake a few times when I was first getting to grips with DotNetNuke!
