I installed the feedback modules for the contact form of my site ,When l test my smtp setting in the host setting it work fine but when l now put thepostmaster@rccgovercomershouse.org in contact modules of the feedback (i.e setting the feeback settings ) and then text it , it say error in SMTP setting don’t known what to do

Most likely, this is an issue of "relaying" with the SMTP server. You'll want to contact whomever manages the SMTP server and ask them to configure it for relaying for your website.
