I'm looking for a 3rd party module that will give be a more detailed ability to report on who is looking at what on our sites. Specifically registered users and what "pdf's" they are downloading and when. Is there anything out there?

I'd suggest implementing Google Analytics. Do you need something that it doesn't provide?
