I am considering use FNL.
I am trying to find information where a user can enter data into a support table like different cities in one fnl and then validate against it from other fnl's that require addresses.
Can fnl do this? or do I need to create a module for this?
I would like to enter something like certain cities and states in one list and then have it appear as a dropdown in another form?

I think that FNL isn't set up for things like that.

Another module worth considering is SGSV from Tressleworks.ca. This is a nice little module, with a very modest price. You'll have to create the database table/tables separately in your database, but you can do LOTs after that.
