I have a PDF with a table of contents. Each line in the TOC is linked to its associated page. I'm displaying the PDF in an iFrame. The problem is that while the PDF, TOC, and links behave properly in Chrome, linking in FireFox is off by one page. Seems Chrome recognizes that my PDF is numbered starting with pg1 but FF insists on renumbering from pg0. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
