I see some "contact form" type modules out there, but I need one that will send the completed form feedback to our corporate e-mail and also send an auto-response to the sender, such as "thank you for contacting Acme..." Reasonably priced and super easy to use would be great.

The DotNetNuke Feedback module does that. You should be able to do this with the Form & List module.

Form Master and Dynamic Forms are two modules that can also be used. There are others.
