I want to change the document module's Add New Document(Insert Query)
bcoz i have added new 1 field, so i want to add new field in Insert query. where is Document Insert query??

The Documents Module does not have the functionality to add additional fields. If you want to do that, my recommendation is that you download a copy of the source code version of the module and create a customized version. You'll need to have a bit of experience with VB programming, and you'll need to understand the structure of the module. But, it should be a fairly staightforward process.
