So somehow I overlooked that there was not some sort of payment option integrated with the SmokeRanch Banner ad manager (5.1) I purchased for a client's site. They have a fairly complex site with several 3rd-party modules, so somehow I spaced it until they asked me about it today (shortly before launch).

I like the SmokeRanch ad manager in general, but I'm stumped as to the best way to help my clients actually RECEIVE the money for advertising from their advertisers...

I've seen SmokeRanch mentioned a couple times as the ad manager dnnCreative uses... Can you suggest a method for my clients to receive payments from their advertisers?
