I am trying to export (package) the Survey Module we adapted a while back to use in a another project but I do not see the option at all to Create Package in DNN 04.09.00.

Can someone tell me how to find this and if this is not an option, how do I then package it up?

I recall that the "Create Package" option was set to work only if you are in a localhost environment for several version of DotNetNuke.

However, I also recall that it was possible to find the code responsible for this and remove it. That code is in a codebehind file for the Module Settings page. It's been a while and I don't remember exactly where this is, but I'd start looking in the admin directory.
