I assume that twhite902@verizon.net is a working email address? When you did the SMTP test, I also assume that the test email showed up in the host user's mailbox? I believe that the error message that is being reported is what DotNetNuke gets back from the SMTP server. Is there a second email address that you can test? Try sending to the host's email that worked in the SMTP test. And, if you are able, there should be log files associated with the SMTP server that might tell you more. If you don't control that, whoever administers the mail system might be able to help. |
