Hi, Trying to add an image to be link to a pdf document. After being linked to the document (in fck editor) the picture disappears and [AD] appears instead as a link. What am I doing wrong? Does anyone have any ideas? Regards

It works fine for me. How are you creating the link? Which version of DotNetNuke are you using?

(If the image is in a Text/HTML module, highlight the image, click the link tool and chose "A file on your site" as the link.)

Thanks for your reply Craig,
I'm using version 04.09.05 and have also tried the same thing with version 5.
I do this in a html modul. I add a picture and it works fine. I select the image and click the link button and select the file on the same server.
When I update the changes as the picture deseapers instead only [AD] as the link and and the link works fine.Is there any wrong configrations ? everything else works fine.
It feels like it's Fck editor may add the wrong address for the picture.

Are you using a custom skin, or one that is not shipped with DotNetNuke?

My best guess would be that you have some CSS styling for links that is causing this to happen.  Look there.

Hello Mr Craig, I have tried both (own skin and the default skin) and the result is the same. Could it bee some webhosting configuratins or do i have change some settings in "Show custom editor options" for the editor? Thanks for your ansvers.
