I searched a while on Google, DotNetNuke, and here and have had no luck.

I want my users to be able to upload without moderation, but I don't want them to be able to moderate.

I hope that makes sense.  There will be many users (up to and maybe over 100) and I don't want them to be able to moderate other peoples uploads, but I also don't want them to have to wait for approval, nor do I want to manually go through each day and approve documents.

Can anyone help me on this.  (or does anyone have any advice on a good module that I can buy that does this?)

I guess the one thing I could do is just get rid of the moderate button inside of the template and not worry about it....

Since there really won't be moderation of any type... but then I think if I do that, the user will have rights to edit other peoples documents..
