Onyak SigmaPro Module - tasks between 2 portals

Hi,

We have a Onyak SigmaPro module installed.
As the module is by DNN installation, we have it in 2 portals.

The problem is: I can see the tasks from a SigmaPro portal "A" in portal "B".
I am talking with the onyak support, but it is not solving the problem.

Do you have any suggestion how to solve this?

Do you recommend another help desk module?

I can only suggest that you communicate with the Onyak people about this.

Thank you for your suggiestion, but that's what we have been doing since March!

It's unbelievable that after 30 tickets (1) they can't solve the problem or (2) recognize their incapacity!

This is a very embarrassing situation to explain to my client.

Any recomendation about a good help desk module?

I don't have any recommendations, but I've seen others.  I see references to aDefHelpDesk.   Look for it at adefwebserver.com
